It gives me immense pleasure to say that Kirodimal Govt College Raigarh is stepping ahead in the field of higher education in the tribal belt of Chhattisgarh state. Since its establishment in the year 1958 it has never looked back and stretching its arms toward perfection. At present, the college is running various professional courses The total strength of the college is maintained every year. Various strategies have been implemented to foster the overall development of the students. The college is determined to fulfill all the basic requirements of the different facilities viz- Arts, Commerce and Science.

“ आज के वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी युग में इंटरनेट और संचार माध्यम के क्षेत्र में विकास के नए-नए आयाम दृष्टिगोचर हो रहे हैं। सन् 1958 में स्थापित यह महाविद्यालय पूरे अंचल के विद्यार्थियों के लिए उच्च शिक्षा का महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र है। ऐसे में महाविद्यालयीन ग्रन्थालय के ग्रन्थों, पाठ्य सामग्रियों का ऑनलाईन उपलब्ध होना व उसका डिजिटलाइजेशन विद्यार्थियों के हित में महत्वपूर्ण उपक्रम है। ऑनलाइन लाइब्रेरी के प्रारंभ होने से महाविद्यालय के समस्त छात्र-छात्राओं की बौद्धिक चेतना का विकास होगा साथ ही विद्यार्थी इससे लाभान्वित होंगे। इस अवसर पर मैं महाविद्यालय परिवार और समस्त अध्येताओं को मंगलकामनाएँ देती हूँ।”
